Additional "entrenchment" of wisdom and of syllabus in the brain by dreaming life

Dreaming life in the brain is working one more time in it's own manner with the daily experiences. Wisdom and syllabus are entrenched in the brain one more time by this, and therefore intelligence is supported one more time with it. But all dreaming life only will work when the nights are calm. Parents have to protect the nights from noise, not only for themselves, but above all for the dreaming life and for the intelligence development of their children.

There are even certain learning techniques indicating precisely when learning is good so it will be well "entrenched" in the brain the next day.

Somnology (science of sleep) makes a difference between dreaming times (REM) and non dreaming times (NREM):

<Most of the dreams have the form of parts of stories; sceneries are often changing what is typical. ... In the last years, research has investigated many of such aspects. ... There are two very distinguished ways of sleep. The big part of sleep is NREM sleep (non-rapid-eye-movement sleep), with a slow pulse, with a low blood pressure, and the autonomous nervous system (vegetative nervous system) has got a low activity. With this state of sleep only some few or no dreams at all are reported.

The second state of sleep is the dream sleep (also called a paradox sleep) or REM sleep (rapid-eye-movement sleep). This sleep is going on with rapid eye movements and happens several times during sleep. For this stadium are typical the activation of autonomous nervous systems, fast eye movements and many dreams.

Generally every human is passing four or five REM sleep periods per night, not important if there is often a remembrance of no remembrance to his dreams. These sleep phases are passing in a time lag of about 90 minutes and all in all constitute about 25 percent of the sleep in a night (with a baby even 50 percent). One knows that a dream phase generally lasts 5 to 20 minutes. ... Deprivation of dreams respectively long lasting periods without dreams cause nervous troubles.> [web01]

<Die meisten Träume sind der Form nach zerrissene Geschichten; typisch ist der häufige Szenenwechsel. … In den letzten Jahren hat die Forschung viele solche Aspekte des Traumes aufgeklärt. … Es gibt zwei deutlich unterschiedene Zustände im Schlaf. Überwiegend besteht der Schlaf aus NREM-Schlaf (englisch: non-rapid-eye-movement sleep: Schlaf ohne schnelle Augenbewegungen), bei dem der Puls relativ langsam, der Blutdruck niedrig und das autonome Nervensystem (vegetative Nervensystem) wenig aktiviert ist. Aus diesem Schlafzustand werden wenig oder gar keine Träume berichtet.

Die zweite Form des Schlafes, der Traumschlaf (auch als paradoxer Schlaf bezeichnet) oder REM-Schlaf (englisch rapid-eye-movement sleep: Schlaf mit schnellen Augenbewegungen), tritt während des Schlafes wiederholt auf. Für dieses Stadium sind die Aktivierung des autonomen Nervensystems, schnelle Augenbewegungen und viele berichtete Träume typisch.


In der Regel durchlebt jeder Mensch vier oder fünf REM-Schlaf-Perioden pro Nacht, und zwar unabhängig davon, ob er häufig, selten oder nie Erinnerungen an seine Träume hat. Diese Schlafphasen treten in etwa 90minütigen Abständen auf und machen insgesamt etwa 25 Prozent des Nachtschlafes aus (bei einem Neugeborenen sogar 50 Prozent). Man weiß, daß eine Traumphase in der Regel 5 bis 20 Minuten dauert. … Traumentzug bzw. andauernde Traumlosigkeit führt zu nervösen Störungen.> [web01]

So, it is very, very important that all humans on the world have a quiet night and a quiet sleep. Church bells have to be quiet from 22 to 7 o'clock (e.g. in Shitzerland and in Poland), ventilations in the night should be stopped (e.g. in Basel at Klingenthalgraben of Industrial Works of Basel IWB) or should be in a deep frequency at least. Playing soccer during the whole night with shouting wild not educated men (as could be watched and heard in criminal Peru in Trujillo) is not at all supporting any intelligence development of a population either. The same is with street discotheques with maximum of volume through the whole night (as it is normal in criminal Peru in Lima). The reduction of the volume to 1/3 of the volume is a good measure letting sleeping the humans who wants to sleep bewaring their intelligence, or for children not blocking their intelligence.

Families life without dreaming life

Families
-- where is no dreaming life
-- where are no talks about dreams
-- where the parents are that exhausted that they only sleep in a deep sleep, and
where the children are terrorized by shouting and slapping so their fear in their heart is dominating

such families have no or hardly any dreaming life, and they think this is normal and then these families are without condition in a vicious circle of nervous troubles. That means that one more part of intelligence development is dropping one more time, and with this also one more part of safety in life.
