Stress management with blood group A by relaxation techniques

When members of blood group A are performing relaxation techniques, intellectual stress is reduced

Stress management with blood group A

Blood group A is reacting on stress with a nervous mental activity (4 Strategien, p.178). Therefore blood group A needs relaxation tees: camomile and Valerian, so the members of type A will feel more well then, and these teas should be taken often (4 Strategien, p.141).

Blood group A "has the capacity to turn upside down the negative effect of stress"

Blutgruppe A "hat die Fähigkeit, die negativen Auswirkungen von Stress umzukehren."

The first phase of stress ("phase of fear") is answered with "mental means" and is not acted bodily. But when there is no bodily reaction, stress is accumulated in the organism: fear, irritability and hyper activity are spreading, and therefore there is a continuous stress (4 Strategien, p.144).

On the long term the nervous system is damaged with this, and the immune system is paralyzed with this, and then the whole organism is more vulnerable, among others for heart and cancer diseases (4 Strategien, p.144).

Stress with members of blood group A is reduced with Yoga or meditation, with an "art of tranquility". Blood group A needs "bodily activities which are provoking calm and ability for concentration" getting a distance to permanent stress. In this way blood group A "can find to itself", with
-- Tai Chi
-- Hatha Yoga
-- stretching exercises from India
-- walking in the landscape, with swimming, with biking.

Sweating is permitted with this (4 Strategien, p.144).

Stressful fighting sports are not good for blood group A but are provoking only more stress (4 Strategien, p.145). [To the contrary blood group 0 for example has no problems with stressful sports].

According to Dr. D'Adamo the maximum of pulse frequency is calculated in the following way:

(220 minus age) x 0.7, with persons over 60 or in a bad bodily constitution x 0.6 (4 Strategien, p.105), and at the end one more time 0.5 (4 Strategien, p.106).

Initial training for warming up should reach 70% of the maximum of pulse frequency. Isometric exercises with training of unique stationary muscles (warming-up training, stretching, relaxation exercises) are followed later by isotonic exercise with the whole body (walking, swimming, gymnastics) (4 Strategien, p.105).

Tai Chi
is enhancing suppleness of body movements (4 Strategien, p.146).

Yoga
is a training for the inner uprightness, add to this for a breathing control, and is a training for the body posture, and is a training for concentration (4 Strategien, p.146).
