Fennel comes from the Mediterranean - and is spread in
whole Europe - monastery vegetable
Fennel in the field, cultivation of fennel [1] -
yellow umbel fennel flowers [3]
Fennel (lat. Foeniculum vulgare) is a healing plant since
Old High German ("Greek") Antique. As a systematic garden
vegetable it's cultivated only since the 19th century.
Cesar's Reich brought fennel to Central Europe and monks
from terrorist Church were planting it up to northern
Europe. Fennel is the most often convent plant and needs the
imitation of a Mediterranean climate, thus a warm and
moderate dry micro climate, with a strongly basic soil (clay
or loess) [web01]:
sunny location - equilibrated humid, sandy clayey or humus
soil, flower earth - the seeds are brought 1cm deep into the
soil - fertilizer can be compost earth or organic vegetable
fertilizer - germination is 7 to 14 days (with 18 to 20ºC) -
the distance from fennel plant to fennel plant should be at
least 20cm [web07].
Fennel is a two years plant, survives always when it's well
handled, becomes between 40cm and 2m high, has a smell like
anis. At the stems compounded leaves are growing (2 to 25cm
of length) with umbel flowers (diameter of 5 to 9cm) with 6
to 29 little umbels, seldom 40. The flowers are 5 parted and
have yellow petals. In the earth a bulb is growing. Fennel
can suffer fungal diseases or can rot, is eaten by snakes or
sucked by plant lice, or is blooming too early with flowers
so they die etc. [web01].
Fennel: bulb - fennel green - seeds
fennel, the bulb, the stems and the compound leaves ("fennel
green") [2]
Florence fennel (var. azoricum) is forming a bulb in the
ground ("bulb fennel", onion fennel [web13]), stems are
growing ("fennel green"). The bulb is eaten raw in the salad
or is stewed a short time and eaten as stewed vegetable. The
bulb can be kept in the fridge being packed in a humid towel
or freezer bag for 7 to 10 days [web07].
Fennel green is used in herbal curd (quark) and as a spice
in salads, in vegetable pans etc. Keeping fennel green in
the fridge is possible up to 1 week [web07].
Spicy fennel (var. dulce) (also: sweet fennel [web13]) has
only a small bulb. The focus with this plant is at the green
parts and at the seeds being used as spices in meat dishes,
vegetable dishes, soups and sausages. Kept dry the fennel
seeds can be kept for several years, but the aroma is
diminishing [web07].
Additionally there is wild fennel - "bitter fennel" [web13].
Ingredients of fennel: minerals, hormones etc.
Mature fennel seeds at an umbel stripped in brown and yellow
[3]
Fennel seed contain essential oils and hormones in one
[web01]. The aroma is similar to anis and comes from the
essential oils anethole and estragole [web07] resp. fenchol
and anethole [web10].
Ingredients of fennel are: minerals, vegetal hormones
(phytoestrogens), flavonoids, fenchone, camphene, anethole
[web05],
-- essential oils (fenchanon [?], cis-anethole, myrcene,
etc.): in the fruit (seeds) and in the bulb
-- silicic acid
-- mineral salts
-- starch
-- vitamin A (nerval system, circulation system) [web01],
pro vitamin A [web09], vitamin B (stomach) [web01], vitamin
C (immune system) [web01, web09], vitamin E [web09]
-- much iron
-- much beta-carotene
-- fibers
-- potassium
-- phosphorus [web09].
Chemical composition of fennel
Calcium: 1.09%
Magnesium 0.49%
Vitamin C 0.93%
Folic acid 100 micrograms / 100
grams [web12]
Harvest of fennel seeds step by step
Fennel seeds (the fennel fruits) are not mature all at the
same time, so the harvest is much work and has to be
proceeded several times. The mature umbels are cut out
("combed") and threshed, often the seeds part into two
parts. Thus the harvest of fennel seeds can be proceeded by
hand only ("combed fennel"). Harvests with machines have
always inmature seeds in it with only little ingredients
[web03].
Fennel seeds and oil
In the fennel seeds there is essential oil. This oil
"consists of at least 50% trans anethole, fenchone,
proteins, sugar and other secondary substances." [web03]
(original in German: "besteht aus mindestens 50%
trans-Anethol, Fenchon, Eiweiß, Zucker und anderen
Begleitstoffen." [web03])
Preparing a fennel tea of fennel seeds
Fennel seeds is pounded with a mortar [6] fennel tea with
fennel seeds [7]
Fennel tea is prepared of pounded fennel fruits (fennel
seeds) [web02]. Fennel powder is also possible [of ground
fennel seeds] [web10].
1 tea spoon of fennel seeds (fennel fruits) are pounded in a
mortar a little bit [so the essential oils are coming out
better (the seeds have a stronger smell then)]. Put hot
boiling water over it (250ml), let it draw 10 minutes, sieve
it, sweet it with honey and take it. Don't sweet it with
-- diabetes
-- stomach problems
-- flatulence (winds).
When there are troubles to heal so take a cup of fennel tea
the whole day long again and again [web03]. Fennel tea has
no manipulating doping substances, thus it's also very fine
for babies and children [web10].
Fennel-caraway-anis tea
Mix the seeds (each 1/3, all in all 1 piled tea spoon),
pound the seeds in the mortar [so the smell of all is
strong], let it draw 10 minutes in boiling water, sieve it.
Anis makes the tea more comfortable [web03].
Inhale fennel
"The application for inhalation of fennel: boil water (about
1 liter) and add 4 to 5 tea spoons of fennel seeds. Put your
head over the pot, put a towel or a big cloth over the head
and pot and - breathe deeply." [web05]
[web05]
Fennel dishes
There are fennel pasta, fennel salad, fennel pizza, fennel
onion burgers etc. [web09].
Fennel bulbs are used as salad and fennel seeds are used as
spices (above all in India). Fennel essence is mixed into
alcoholic beverages for harmonizing the taste [web01].
Fennel salads
All parts of fennel are valid for salads:
-- Italian herb fennel salad: fennel (roasted, pounded, or
added in form of powder), oranges, olives, olive oil
-- Italian sweet fennel salad: fennel, fluent honey,
oranges, shredded orange skin, orange juice, fruit vinegar,
pine nuts, apples
-- fennel salad with oranges and paprika sausage (chorizo),
smoked paprika powder, balsamic vinegar, Landjäger sausage
-- fennel salad with completely used fennel bulbs, with
saffron, mayo, wine vinegar, tarragon, some orange
-- bulb peaces are cut little and put in sauces and
vegetable mixtures as spices
-- the bulb can be kept up to 2 weeks in the fridge [web05].

Fennel
is enlarging women's breasts in combination
with anis, beer massage and stinging with
stinging nettle
My experience shows that the
following prescripiton is enlarging the
bustline by 1cm per week:
-- one eats the green hormonal parts of
fennel as much as possible
-- 3x per day one takes a hormonal fennel
tea
-- 3x per day one makes a hormonal beer
massage with the breasts
-- 3x per day one chews hormonal anis
seeds
-- all 3 days one stings the breasts with
stinging nettle stimulating the tissue
well.
In this way the breasts are enlarging by
1cm per week [web17].
You see, for having bigger breasts or tits
NO surgeon is necessary, NO silicone is
necessary, NO clinic and NO hospital is
necessary and for sure NO SCARS!
Details:
Fennel is
enlarging women's breasts (bosom, tits) -
enlargement of breasts by fennel
Eat fennel - make massage with fennel lotion -
drink fennel tea - mix other teas into the
fennel tea. Fennel contains herbal nutrients
and feminine hormones (estrogens), thus it is
enlarging bosom (tits) and is increasing milk
production, but the hormone content is less
than the content with fenugreek. Fennel can be
put by lotion with massage directly into the
breast. Or one can take fennel tea. Or fennel
is mixed into other teas and is taken like
this [web11].
For a natural enlargement of the breasts (bosom,
tits) fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) is very
appropriate: it's rich of vegetal hormones which
are behaving like feminine hormones. They are
animating the growth of the breast's tissue so
the breast becomes firmer and bigger. From 4
weeks on the growth of the breast is beginning.
Within 6 weeks the breast is growing by one cup
[web12].
Breast augmentation with fennel seeds: In the
morning boil 1/2 liter of fennel tea
in the morning and sober:
2 tablespoons seed mix of peeled fennel seeds
cook the seeds for 10 minutes in 1/2 liter of
water
take 1 cup of the fennel tea sober, wait 30
minutes until breakfast
throughout the day drink of it [always 30 minutes
before meals, so that the active ingredients can
be well absorbed by the stomach]
Side effects: more healings (!)
Negative side effects of fennel do not exist,
but there are more troubles healed yet:
-- menopausal symptoms are disappearing
-- lack in milk production during breastfeeding
is resolved
-- blood sugar is lowered
-- pancreas is stimulated to normalize so
diabetes is disappearing [web12].
Additional ways to accelerate breast growth:
nettle, natural hormone creams, natural
hormone massages (beer massage etc.)
The breast growth can be increased with nettle
touching the breast all 3 days stinging the
breast so the breast tissue is stimulated all 3
days. The nettle venom stimulates the growth of
breast tissue additionally. After 10 minutes of
burning the pain is becoming less, and after 1
to 2 hours without wetting a warmth is
developing in the stimulated tissue [web15].
In general it's recommended to change the
hormone tea all 4 to 6 weeks (fennel tea, walnut
leaf tea, anis seeds tee, yam tee etc.). And
moreover one can enhance the growth of breasts
with hormone massage: with massage with beer
(which contains hops, another hormone plant), or
one can use a hops cream, or a yam cream, or a
cream with Pueraria mirifica [web16].
Pills with fennel or fenugreek are not
recommended because the contain even chemical
substances and can cause side effects [web12].
Counter indications
-- estrogen-dependent cancer [web12].
[But cancer is NO problem: cancer is healing
with 90% of the cases with sodium
bicarbonate within 10 to 30 days, and with
the remaining 10% where sodium bicarbonate is
not working cancer is helaing with blood
group nutrition and raw food within 3 to 6
months].

Fennel cures cold, cough etc.
- Fennel is often in herbal teas against cough [web01]
- cough: fennel tea with honey [web05]
- influenza: fennel tea with honey [web05]
- promotes expectoration in coughs [web02]
- cold [web02], cough [web03], chronic cough [web05],
healing of upper respiratory tract [web03]
- blockage of the sinuses [web05], mucilage [web05]
- relieves whooping cough, asthma, bronchitis [web05]
- sore throat (gargle, inhalation) [web05]
More healing effects of fennel
- Bruises [web05]
- Halitosis [web05]
- fennel against nervousness, with calming effect [web01]
- fennel is an appetite stimulant [web02]
- high blood pressure [web05]
- regulates metabolism [web06]
- antiparasitic: eliminates intestinal worms [web06]
- arthritis / rheumatism [web06]
- fluid retentions (edema) [web06]
By eliminating the flatulence the abdomen seems to be a
little bit smaller. Outsiders who don't know anything of the
treatment, mean that the person had lost weight which is not
true, it's just the gas which has gone eliminating
flatulence [web02].
Fennel is ideal for baby food
When the mother takes fennel tea the baby is drinking it too
by the breast milk, or fennel tea can be given by the milk
bottle or by the porridge [web04]. [So the baby has never
any digestive problem]. Flatulence in the baby may also
result from poor attachment to the breast when the baby
sucks a lot of air. In this case fennel tea is not working
for having much effect [web04].
Fennel regulates colics [diarrhea and stomach pain] with
babies [web05].
For babies and little children it must be especially
carefully picked fennel because fennel tea from the
supermarket can contain residues of other herbs which are
harmful to little children. Because of estragole and methyl
eugenol fennel tea should not be applied with babies for a
longer time [web04].
Dosages:
- baby to 3.5 months maximum 150ml fennel tea in 24h,
maximum 50 ml per serving
- baby 4 to 6 months maximum 250ml fennel tea in 24h,
maximum of 100ml per serving
- baby from 6 months on can have more when it's not
breastfed [web04].
Preparation: let draw a tea bag in boiling water for 5
minutes, can be kept in thermos maximum of 12 hours - or:
allow to cool it down and give it to the baby according to
the dosages, the cooled tea can be replaced within 2 hours
when it's necessary [web04].
Hardly side effects with fennel
In rare cases fennel tea can provoke allergic symptoms
and reactions on the skin and in the gastrointestinal
tract [web02].
People suffering epilepsy should not use fennel oil
[web06].
