Beer in little quantities=remedy and good for health - quotations
Regular beer consumption in little quantities is good for health [web01]. Regular beer consumption in little quantities can have an effect like a remedy [two times a glass of beer] [web04].

"Beer is healthy as long as you don't drink it like an animal" says sister Doris from brewery of the Franciscans in Bavaria [web04].

[web04])

<Beer in little quantities will bring you life important vitamins of B group and amino acids thus it has a medical function which is recognized by science. Additionally Mr. Prof. Stepp is saying in his book "Beer being considered by the doctor" (original German: "Bier, wie es der Arzt sieht") the following: "People consuming beer regularly in the permitted quantity not damaging health will bring in a rich contribution of life important vitamins from which - with a normal diet - will not have too much intake."> [web09]

"Nutrition scientist Mrs. Vera Rickmann compares the effect of the ingredients of beer with the ingredients of green tea, black tea, and wine." [web04]

[web04])

Paracelsus in the 16th century: beer is a "divine medicine" [web07]

(original German: Bier ist eine "göttliche Medizin". [web07])

Alcohol percentage is [about] 5%. One should not drink beer every day [web04].

The white fume comes from the proteins in the beer [web09].

Babylon, Egypt, Greece: healing effect of beer in old cultures

"Beer is brewed since about 6,000 years. Already in Egypt half baked bread was fermenting with water so a kind of beer came out. Only in the Middle Ages cloisters breweries were introducing a regular beer production. Today there is a difference between top-fermented beer like in Cologne (Kölsch) or Weath Beer (Weizenbier) and bottom-fermented beer like Pils and Dark Beer." [web04]

-- brewing beer art was in the hands of women during centuries, they were keeping the art of bread baking and beer brewing, and the machinery for this was a traditional dowry [web10]
-- Old Babylon: beer was a popular beverage, was a part of the wages, cuneiform writings contain beer recipes, beer culture of those times was highly developed with bright light or heavy or sweet and fine beers; already in those times healing effects of beer were describe and adored. Beer was considered as a sacrifice beverage for the gods [extraterrestrials] [web09]
-- beer in the old cultures was a "dim sometimes pasty mass with a making drunk effect", it was not like the beer of our times [web09]
-- Old Egypt: beer was brewed as a healing beverage, not with the main purpose to be drunk with it [web07]: beer has effects against hemorrhoids, constipation, worms, coughs [web01]
-- Old Greece: beer was brewed as a healing beverage, not with the main purpose to be drunk with it [web07]: beer was suggested by Hippokrates against: fevers, insomnia, drainage [web01] - Aristoteles adored a good sleep after having drunk a beer because after having drunk by wine he only got headaches [web09]
-- "popular wisdom": warm beer drives influenza away and is a prevention [web10]
-- cloisters of terrorist Church did take beer production from the women away [web10].

How much?

[When there is an illness] one can suggest 1.5 liter beer per week for example eliminating the stomach germ Helicobacter pylori [web06] - [without illness about 2 glasses per week are healthy].

"All in all many scientists come to the same conclusion that a daily beer (up to 3 glasses) can support health." [web07]

[web07])

"According to the Institute for Antioxidant Science in London [I cannot find this institute on google?] one liter of beer has the same antioxidative effect [with men] as 4 our 5 portions of fruits and vegetables or 7 glasses of orange juice or 12 little glasses (1/8 liter) of wine." [web06] [Women have to reduce this quantity by 1/3].

[web06])

Women are proceeding alcohol less well thus the maximum for women is half a liter of alcoholic beer per day [web06].

Alcohol free beer is also working as a remedy

"Using other yeast strains fermentation is not provoking alcohol" [web09] -

[web09])

Alcohol free beer has got the same healing effect: "Alcohol free beer has about the same effect", says University professor Dr. Manfred Walzl, neurologist in Graz [in Austria] [web06].

(original German: "Alkoholfreies Bier hat in etwa dieselbe Wirkung." [web07])

Prevention against colds and fighting a cold with warm beer is allegedly not working with alcohol free beer [web10].

Combined ingredients in beer are unique and are a remedy - quotations

Beer has got over 1,000 ingredients. Water, hops, malt and yeast and the fermentation are provoking a mixture with many effects [web04].

The combination of the polyphenoles from hops and malt are unique: <"Beer offers a phytotherapeutic link of special kind which no pharmacy could combine better at all" writes the author Heidelore Kluge> in her book "Healing Force of Beer" (original German: "Die Heilkraft des Bieres") [web06]

Beer enforces the foster mothers
[web09]:

<Foster beer is a very strong malt beer or brown beer rich in calories of which one believed that it would be converted literally into mother's milk. Royal pharmacist Johann Casimir Saugfuss of Munich recommended malt beer to all women, also to the pregnants, for all possible purposes. He recommended that "gravid women should inforce themselves". [...] also today there are "foster beers" but they are more called like malt beer as e.g. Vitamalt, [...] "Dark Beer" [...] Additionally there is until today the class of Caramalt (German: Karamalz) and other malt beer brands of discounters or breweries.> [web09]

The ingredients in the beer are easily to assimilate

"According to medicine it's wholesomeness has got it's reason because all the basic ingredients of malt and hops are in a form so they can be easily assimilated by the body, above all carbohydrates and the added proteins, and the body can take them and proceed them easily. They can be installed and assimilated without problem into the human metabolism, and all this happens with a taste in a harmonic way, so it's a nutrient and well wholesome at the same time." [web09]

[web09])

Beer has a draining effect
-- by the low alcohol level
-- by bitter ingredients
-- by some intermediate products [web09].

Lots of combined ingredients in beer

PILS beer contains more beer yeast than malt beer. People wanting an effect of beer yeast should apply PILS beer [web09].

Lime tree beer (German: Lindenbier) from Germany is especially "friendly to women" [web10].

Malt and barley contain minerals, trace elements, proteins, almost all B vitamins - for skin, metabolism, nerves, immune system, formation of blood [web01].

Antioxidants: "Antioxidants in a beer are binding free radicals and thus can reduce cancer." [web07]

[web07]

Xanthohumol has a prevention effect against prostate cancer [web06], also as a prevention against stokes, heart attacks and cancer [web07], the effect is much stronger than the effect of soya, green tea or red wine [web06].

[web04]. Quotation:
"Scientists of Innsbruck University [in Austria] found out by scientific investigation that beer has an inflammation reducing effect. This effect results by the containing substances proceeding biochemical processes playing a role with inflammation reactions. Even cronic diseases can be treated with beer. This effect was proved for full beer with alcohol as also for alcohol free beer."

Beer for bone cure and bone diseases
"London Saint Thomas Clinic published a study saying that daily beer would reduce bone diseases because beer respectively ethyl alcohol in the beer has an effect suppressing hormones which are reducing the bones. Thus the body is literally conserved - this is a preliminary stage  of the spiritual bath." [web09]

[web09])

-- nursing the brain: beer nurses brains bettering thinking speed and speed in action [web06]. Quotation:

<Foaming beer is said to have also an effect to the brain. This says a study with 12,000 Japanese women and men, half of them was with regular beer consumption, the other half with regular mineral water consumption. After 4 years the results were analyzed. Walzl: "The beer drinkers had better cognitive activities, they could solve tasks more rapidly and also computer work was done faster and with less mistakes."> [web06]

The lie of a "beer belly"

Beer is not provoking a belly: beer belly is a food belly - with beer WITHOUT eating one can reduce weight (!)

1 dl of beer contains 44 calories, this is not much [web04]. Here is a comparison of calories: rye whole-grain bread (1 slide) 193 - champaign (0.2 liters) 170 - red wine, white wine (0.2 liters) 155 - fruit yogurt (150g) 150 - orange juice (1.2 liters) 96 - beer (0.2 liters) 88 (from the book of university professor Dr. Manfred Walzl" neurologist in Graz: Fountain of Youth (original German: Jungbrunnen Bier) [web06]

Overweight and a beer belly don't come from the beer but from eating much:

"Beer itself is not the cause for overweight, but the heavy dishes being consumed with some beer aside, they are provoking a beer belly. [...] beer only makes fat when it's consumed like an animal or together with heavy fat meals with many calories." [web09]

[web09])

Because: beer is provoking stomach activity provoking a reduction of weight - because the stomach is eating the fat. One should not eat wrongly with beer. Quotation:
"In this way regular but low beer consumption can provoke loss of weight - but only when food consumption remains normal. And precisely this is the point: beer is not provoking overweight, but is stimulating more appetite. And mostly this hunger by beer is provoking heavy food consumptions with fatty snacks like peanuts or chips - and these are provoking really gaining weight as one knows." [web04]

[web04])

People not drinking alcoholic beverages have even more overweight than medium beer consumers:

"Latest studies, so the author, are even proving that a moderate beer consumption has a lower risk to gain overweight than with people who are rejecting any alcohol. Because beer is stimulating metabolism, one quarter liter of beer contains 103 kcal, these are less kcal than the same quantity of apple juice (120 kcal) or fruit yogurt (205 kcal)." [web06]

[web06])

Beer bath for the skin
Beer bath consists of hops,
The beer bath consists of hops, curd and beer, which soothes the skin and the body, hops stimulates the skin breathing, ingredients of the malt cause the dissolving of old skin packs [web01].

Everyone can prepare an own yeast bath [web10].

Drink dark beer for the skin against wrinkles

Dark beer is best nutrition for skin, better than botox: ingredients: in the yeast there is vitamin B1, B2, B6, reinforcing skin and nails; vitamin niacin is a prevention against wrinkles. Malt contains zinc and unsaturated fatty acids and this is a protection for the skin. "Dark beers are stronger hopsed than other beers. In hops there is xantohumol - which is an agent against inflammations working against aging of the skin." [web11]

Beer recipes

Beer does not falsify the taste of a food and is therefore very suitable as an ingredient in dishes [web09]. Cooking recipes with beer are, for example, beer pastry, beer sauce [web03], meat dishes in beer pastry, snacks, spreads, soups and sauces [web10], beer mustard sauce [web09], fish in beer, beer goulash [web03], beer with onions [ web09], beer-apple swirls etc. [web03].

Bionade is a lemonade with fermentation of malt, alcohol-free, with controlled organic cultivation. Since 1997, Bionade can be bought in shopping centers and can be drunk in pubs and restaurants etc. [web09]

Beer can be used to make sleeping drinks [web10].

Hops preparations as a remedy for the skin

-- hops flour: feminine flowers are dried and proceeded to hops flour [web07]
-- beer yeast mud: the mud of the beer yeast or cremes with bear yeast are healing skin diseases and skin illnesses like eczema, acne, fungal illnesses [web07].

Healings with yeast mud
-- Eczema: healing is proceeded with hops sludge made of brewer's yeast [web07]
-- Acne: healing is proceeded with hop sludge from brewer's yeast, because beer cream contains vitamin B6 regulating the sebum deposits [web07] respectively the vitamin B6 of the brewer's yeast prevents fat deposits in skin pores (Pils beer contains more beer yeast than malt beer)
-- Fungal diseases: healing is proceeded with hop sludge from brewer's yeast [web07].

Beer as cosmetics for skin and hair

Yeast contains biotin, selenium and niacin. This mixture stimulates metabolism of the regenerating skin layers and has a rejuvenating effect, thus yeast is an anti-aging agent [web07].

-- causes beautiful and brilliant skin [web07], rub beer in the face and on the chest and this improves skin and complexion [web09]
-- washing hair with beer strengthens fine hair, gives more volume and makes hair shining - by minerals and vitamins [web07]

Attention alcohol damage

Women are proceeding alcohol worse than men. Women's maximum is half a liter of beer per day, with men the maximum is 1 liter beer per day, states Univ.-Prof. Dr. Manfred Walzl, neurologist in Graz [web06].

[Alcohol in an overdose reduces the brain substance].

Attention beer addiction

Addiction to alcoholic beer provokes
-- danger of becoming addicted (alcohol addiction)
-- danger of accidents
-- cancer risk, destruction of organs (liver cirrhosis [reduction of the brain] etc.)
