Principle 2: For having an effect an exercise has to last at least 3 minutes and there has to be a "tearing" effect.

Principle 3: The massage ball should be soft, should give in a little bit hindering aches with bones. Wooden balls or similar hard things must not be taken for this.

Principle 4: Perform exercises slowly mm by mm: The fluid must be forced through tiny openings, and that's why all exercises have to be performed really slowly.

Principle 5: Pain levels: "8 means: It starts to hurt significantly (12min.19sec.). 9.9 means: It hurts even more (12min.24sec.), but not so much that calm breathing would be stopped, so the pain is not connected yet (12min.30sec.). Once docking with the pain, it's 10, then one has to reduce the tension a bit."

7e. Liebscher-Bracht exercises to cure intercostal neuralgia

Video 1: Intercostal neuralgia has nothing to do with nerves, but the diaphragm is degenerate and tense

                    "Intercostalneuralgie"
Intercostal neuralgia video 1: The degenerated diaphragm provokes stingy pains in the rib area, and "Pharma medicine" claims that nerves would be pinched and calls it in the wrong way "intercostal neuralgia"

"Pharma medicine" claims that nerves and the nervous system in the ribs would be irritated, but this is wrong: The pain on the ribs have nothing to do with nerves or being pinched, but the pain is caused by the fact that the mobility of the diaphragm is limited ( 43sec.): The mobility of the diaphragm and the "breathability" are limited (47sec.). The diaphragm is not as flexible as it should be. Why is that so? Because the chest is barely moved for years, because the person is hardly making sports (57sec). "Breathing is too flat, the ribcage is totally static and still." (1min.1sek.). As a result, the diaphragm increases it's tension in certain places (1min.8sec.). The fibers of the diaphragm run across the entire chest (1min.12sec.).

Intercostalneuralgie Video

                    Brustraum
Intercostal neuralgia video 1: The diaphragmatic fibers run through the entire thoracic space

Thus, when there are certain movements which cannot be endured any more by the diaphragm, stinging pains will arise because the degenerated diaphragm is overstretched in certain places (1min.18sec.).

Degenerated diaphragm, reflux and diaphragmatic hernia

People with degenerated diaphragm (the "Pharma medicine" says the "intercostal neuralgia") often also have reflux (acid eructation) and may even have a diaphragmatic break (1min.32sec.).

All of this pain, reflux and diaphragmatic hernia occur because the diaphragm is no longer flexible but has excessive tension (1min.50sec.). The connective tissue (the fascia) is susceptible to tension and susceptible to cracking. So it may be that during a sudden cough then breaks the diaphragm, such as a [degenerated] Achilles tendon by an exceptional load (2min.7sec.). The structure of the diaphragm is so degenerated that it can no longer endure the burden of coughing (2min.13sec.).

The healing of the degenerated diaphragm with exercises and massages

The healing of the degenerated diaphragm is like this: just move right the diaphragm and the trunk area. The torso and diaphragm are made supple again with exercises (2min.38sec.). The roll massage ensures that the metabolism in the area of the diaphragm returns to normal (2min.42sec.). So the tensions are "reduced by processing" (2min.45sec.).

In this way, a degenerated diaphragm (the "Pharma medicine" means it would be a nervous disease calling it "intercostal neuralgia") can heal definitly and this diaphragm can move again in a way so no relapse will occur (2min.52sec.).

Intercostal neuralgia refers to pain between the ribs. The "Pharma medicine" claims a nerve irritation or a pinched nerve, but the pain has mostly NOTHING to do with such a nerve irritation (16sec.). According to Liebscher-Bracht, the cause of the pains in the intercostal spaces can occur by tensions in the diaphragm. This pain occurs at random and can not really be "fixed" (40sec.). In certain postures, it stings on the ribs (57sec.).

Intercostalneuralgie ist
keine Nervenentzündung, sondern das sind stechende
Schmerzen bei gewissen Körperhaltungen an den
Rippen, verursacht durch das verkrampfte Zwerchfell
Intercostal neuralgia is not a nerve inflammation, but these are stinging pains in certain postures
on the ribs, caused by the cramped diaphragm

Exercise 1: Breathing exercise in the painful position to stretch the diaphragm

One has just to look for the location of the stingy pains (1min.10sec.). The pains can also radiate into the thoracic spine (1min.14sec.). The patient remains in this position, breathing deeply, maintaining the position, and exhale maximally (1min.28sec.). After maximum exhalation, the nose is hold closed, and with breathing reflexes and sucking reflexes the diaphragm is now stretched (1min.45sec.). Knowing about positions with even more pains, go to this position and repeat the breathing exercise (1min.56sec.). Then the patient is slowly going out of the exercise, relaxing the body a bit with relaxed movements, and mostly it has already become better (2min.2sec.).

Intercostal neuralgia exercise 1: In the posture where the stinging pains occur, remain breathing and exhaling in maximum -
Intercostal neuralgia exercise 1: Then close the nose and make the respiratory reflex / sucking reflex expanding the diaphragm in the body

You can massage the pains between the ribs (called "intercostal neuralgia") from the outside (7sec.). These stinging pains are related to the diaphragm, which separates the chest cavity from the abdominal cavity (26sec.). Massages can reach the pleura, especially along the costal arches (37sec.).

Massage 1a: Unroll the right costal arch with the small massgeball

Pressure should be performed ot the costal arch always pressing from the bottom to the top for moving the liquids (1min.24sec.). The massage continues to the side (1min.35sec.).

During the massage the patient can breathe in deeply and exhale deeply, so that the diaphragm starts to move, so that what is released there can also be transformed into the diaphragmatic movement (1min.58sec.).
