Principle 2: For having an effect an exercise has to last at least 3 minutes and there has to be a "tearing" effect.

Principle 3: The massage ball should be soft, should give in a little bit hindering aches with bones. Wooden balls or similar hard things must not be taken for this.

Summary

The couple Liebscher-Bracht lives near Frankfurt. Mr. Roland Liebscher-Bracht has practiced martial arts. As a teacher, he noticed that his martial arts students suddenly had less pain after some movement. This led him to pain research. He discovered that cartilage rebuilds itself through regular exercise and good, wholesome food. He gives courses since 2007 and has trained more than 5,000 therapists, physicians and surgeons in the natural osteoarthritis healing exercises.

The false belief in a "wearout" - everything is regenerable

3 to 5% of the wearout on the musculoskeletal system are genetically determined (1min.28sec.). Today we know that one can switch genes (1min.32sec.). It's possible to switch on and off genes which provoke artrosis (1min.36sec.). Artificial joints are today artificial hip joint, artificial knee joint, artificial shoulder joint, and all mean, that this must be so because of "wearout" as with the wheel bearing in the car (2min.23sec.). But that's wrong: all wrong assumptions, because the tissues in humans can regenerate (2min.56sec.). There is also osteoarthritis without pain, and there is pain without diagnosis (3min.15sec.). Artificial joints are often of no use, because the pains are remaining (!) and nothing has improved (4min.1sec.). Everyone is thinking that pain comes from the wearout of joints, but that's wrong (4min.41sec.). It is always claimed that older people are getting more and more pain, having to get artificial joints, having to take painkillers permanently, getting pain pumps built in, nerves are cut etc. (5min.22sec.). But all this has not to be at all that way. Doctors after a surgery then simply say that one hs to wait for a 3/4 year, but the pain will not go away (6min.5sec.).

Certain movements in martial arts reduce pain: 72 points on the bones for "stopping" pains

Liebscher gave martial arts classes, and after certain defensive movements in training, certain pains of students had reduced (6min.52sec.): osteoarthritis, herniated discs. Pains were reduced in connection with certain movements (7min.1sec.). Liebscher & Bracht researched the context for 30 years. After 20 years, they had found 72 points on the bones that behave like switching locations (7min.42sec.). At these switches one can turn off the pain, clear it, like in a computer (7min.48sec.).

27 anti-pain exercises (Liebscher-Bracht exercises) - and a 1-minute test

27 exercises were developed, the "Liebscher-Bracht exercises" (8min.4sec.): Stretching, activating, tensing, strengthening in certain areas (8min.28sec.). With these exercises, anyone can live painlessly, arthritis can be stopped, and when the joint is freed from the overstraining tensions, everyone can manage to regrow the cartilage (8min.31sec.). Since 2007, Liebscher & Bracht have trained doctors, physiotherapists and osteopaths. In less than 10 years, 5500 doctors were trained (8min.59sec.). There is also a large network in German-speaking countries (9min.30sec.). Liebscher & Bracht have also developed a 1-minute test to test whether pain is treatable (9min.59sec.).

"Normal" people of "civilization" is not using the joints properly, but only 5 to 10% of the movement possibilities are used (11min.2sec.). The shoulder joint is used on average only 2% (11min.12sec.).

Processes were detected in the body researching what goes wrong there, which would actually be easy to stop (11min.46sec.). In sitting professions, for example, arm flexion and arm extension are hardly used, muscles and fascia (connective tissue) are hardly used, are under used (13min.20sec).

The connective tissue stores habitual movements (13min.35sec.). The connective tissue connects 90 billions of cells (13min.41sec.). The connective tissue sorts the cells to the human form (14min.26sec.). The threads of connective tissue are formed by fibroblasts (15min.4sec.). The movement provokes that new connective tissue (fascia) is constantly being formed (15min.17sec.). And those people who are hardly moving, they suffer a reduction of the connective tissue (the fascia) (15min.27sec.).

Another principle is this one: when a muscle pulls, on the opposite side something has to give way (16min.48sec.). When muscles are no longer exercised, they no longer stretch well, resist, and then resistence is developing, and then another movement direction comes out using the same effort (17min.40sec.). This can go so far with the counter tension that the power suddenly pulls into the joint (17min.45sec.). Connective tissue has shortened, fasciae have become too short (17min.50sec.). The biomechanics of this system is derailed by shortened connective tissue (17min.58sec.).

Cartilage works like this: When the cartilage is squeezed, all the toxins go out, and when stretched, the cartilage sucks up with new sinovial fluid that comes from the inner lining of the joint capsule (18min.41sec.). Depending on the diet, the sinovial fluid contains various substances, with good nutrition with valuable protein building blocks, and with those regenerates the cartilage (18min.51sec.). With good treatment, cartilage regenerates "as long as you live", because "the cells keep regenerating" (19min.5sec.).

The more movement is performed, the more the cartilage is moved, pressed and stretched, the better the cartilage is fed (19min.30sec.). When a cartilage is no longer charged and relieved by movement, it no longer feeds, but it will degenerate and the bones are toughing each other rubbing off (20min.18sec.). The cartilage must build up daily the mass which is worn out daily - otherwise is claimed that osteoarthritis is in play (osteoarthritis degree 1,2,3,4 - grade 4 means "bald" with bone on bone) (21min.0sec.).

The alarming pain

The body has its sensors for wearout, all this is registered in the brain. When the cartilage becomes more worn and is hardly regenerated, the body is giving an alarm pain (22min.18sec.). At this stage there is NO osteoarthritis yet, but there is too much tension acting on the joint (22min.40sec.). This alarm pain arises in the brain and is just a functional pain [that is an appeal for: less abrasion, better nutrition] (22min.47sec.). Pain is produced in the brain (23min.11sec.). The pain is produced exactly where the movement is made where the wearout is happening (23min.41sec.). When the affected person is restricting it's movements now, the cartilage is hardly fed any more (24min.7sec.). This results in a negative spiral in which 90% of "civilization" is suffering (24min.28sec.).

Pain killers do not help - and the "doctors" do not know what to do - osteoarthritis - artificial joints - anesthesia has a relaxing effect for a certain time - the pain comes back after 1 to 3 years (!)

Sometimes painkiller pills do not help, the pain does not reduce, the brain continues to send a pain because the body can not be fooled by poison pills (25min.17sec.). High doses of opiates do not help anymore, because the body can not be fooled by poison pills: The signal means: The place must continue to be rebuilt (25min.40sec.). If the painkiller "pushes" the pain "away" (sometimes happens), then the situation for the cartilage does not improve, but there is osteoarthritis (26min.10sec.) when taking painkiller pills for months, years or decades (26min.25sec.). The doctors just do not know what to do and prescribe pain pills (26min.51sec.). When the joint is destroyed, "chemical medicine" comes with operations (27min.24sec.). Artificial joints can be successful for a while, but that's because of the narcosis that eliminated all tension in the connective tissue (28min.43sec). The pain comes back after 1 to 3 years, because the muscular and fascial tensions in the connective tissue was not trained away (28min.59sec.). And these muscle tensions and the tension in the connective tissue also destroy the artificial joints (29min.7sec.).

The materials of the artificial joints do not regenerate, but actually wear out (29min.13sec.). In addition, dust is produced by grinding the artificial joints. This abrasion dust is not in project, but goes into the joint capsule and from there into the whole body (29min.36sec.). With the exercises one can bring the abrasion to a standstill also in artificial joints (29min.55sec.).

People with artificial joints have high levels of heavy metal contamination. When this fact is spread in public, this has consequences for the industry (30min.46sec.). And the artificial joints are getting more and more expensive. So, the conventional medicine has landed in a gigantic dead end (30min.56sec.). The more computer work, the less people move, the more joint problems and artificial joints are provoked (31min.14sec.). The exercises just take time (31min.30sec.). You have to clear the voltage program in the brain. The more one is at the receptors to the bone, the more effect goes into the brain (33min.23sec.). The tensions in degraded muscles and degraded connective tissue pull the joint too much together (33min.33sec.). And as with one switch one can loosen these tensions (33min.38sec.). Anyone who treats a pain but does not give any exercises can not heal pain, but the pain comes back soon (34min.36sec). Because only the exercises manage to normalize the muscles and the connective tissue with the strains, so that the change becomes permanent (35min.9sec.). Without exercises you have to go for pain treatment every 2 weeks (35min.14sec.).

The 27 exercises by Liebscher-Bracht

The 27 exercises are sometimes like yoga, sometimes like gymnastics (35min.37sec.). The osteopuncture points are well defined, and the pain points also (35min.48sec.). One can state exactly that 3 to 5 exercises will be necesary against pain (35min.51sec.). In this way pain is going away in the shoulders, migraine, hip joint pain, sciatic pain (which is provoked by muscles which are compressing the nerve) (36min.5sec.), and the arthritic pain, and suddenly all inconsistencies become explainable (36min.34sec.).

Well-trained marathon runner with 75 years has NO Osteoarthritis

Former marathon runners do not have osteoarthritis (36min.41sec.). Strangely, the marathon runner does not have any "wearout" (!!!) (36min.49sec.). The marathon runner simply did exercises to balance his joints, and so the joints are healthy also when the runner is 75 years old (37min.17sec.).

25-year-old people have behaved so badly with their joints that they already have artificial hip joints being 25 years old (37min.34sec.). These young people have never run, never jogged, never performed well (37min.49sec.). Sitting has a totally negative influence on the legs, which are always bent at 90º angles, often also while asleep (38min.8sec.). When the large muscle "hip flexor" is kept constantly in this bent position, "then it pulls the spine forward and at the same time the femur is pulled into the joint", and this comes with proper pressure (38min.33sec.). Permanent sitting persons therefore have a lot of wearout (38min.55sec.). The "doctors" then simply mean that the patient's genes would be "bad" (39min.3sec.).

Osteoarthritis without pain is possible with wearout but providing a balance eliminating muscle tensions and connective tissue tensions (39min.41sec.). Muscle pain without arthritis comes from tensions in muscles and in the connective tissue due to incorrect body positions (postures) (39min.56sec.). Orthopedists and surgeons learn new things at Roland Liebscher-Bracht and always think that in the universities and in the osteopathic training this content of Mr. Liebscher is missing (40min.14sec.). Controling X-ray photos, looking at MRI's and CTs is of no use, because the causes, the muscle tensions and the connective tissue tensions, are not taken into account (40min.30sec.). With X-ray photos and with MRI's and CTs one sees only the consequences, but not the causes with the too high muscular tension and the too high fascial tension (40min.39sec.). In conventional medicine does not exist, what cannot be seen (40min.43sec.).

If muscle tensions and connective tissue tensions remain on the same level, an artificial joint will not be useful at all (41min.17sec.).

Cartilage: There are no pain receptors in the cartilage, so cartilage cannot give a pain signal (41min.27sec.).

Artrose is NOT genetic (41min.57sec.).

The training of patients: localize pain, osteopressure

In the pain therapy of Mr. Roland Liebscher-Bracht, the patient is trained to localize the pain, to compare the pain and to estimate the pain (42min.55sec.). Then the systematic osteopressure is applied (43min.2sec.). "For hip pain there are 10 to 12 points, lines, small areas (43min.11sec.) that are specifically given pressure (43min.14sec.), and then one can notice, beginning with the therapy that the Patient has high tensions here and there, because these points are coming out as painful (43min.23sec.).

The 1-minute test: where pain is must be a sensitive area

"And then we also offer a test. I can tell them - I am really serious - in one minute whether their body - as I am controling touching it for its sensitivity - goes into therapy or not (43min.39sec.). And then it becomes quite simple: Pressing these places, of which I know: These are these receptors, which are related to the pain - and these places are highly sensitive - then the probability is about of 100% that one can help you (43min .55sec.), because then the tensions can also be lowered (43min.58sec.). If these points are NOT sensitive, then it may be among the 2 to 3% exceptions where the pain comes from anything else (44min.6sec.). But this is so rare - the mathematicians say, indefinitisima small - insignificant for reality. " (44min.14sec.) - After the first treatment one knows about the case (44min.29sec.). The work goes to the brain and to the cause (44min.51sec.). Overtensions can always be lowered and the healing will work (44min.57sec.). So the patients feel: "That does not hurt anymore. But they told me that I have osteoarthritis" (45min.22sec.). After the proof of excessive tension, the exercises are given for the area where the pain is (45min.38sec.).

Exercises 15 minutes daily - 1mm progress per day

The exercises take 15 minutes per day, during Sunday make a rest day (46min.4sec.). No more painkiller pills, no surgery, but one gets the full quality of life back (46min.15sec.). The moves are trained again, there is 1mm of advance per day, this will be 1cm of advance in 10 days (46min.38sec.). So the structure adapts again to the normal state of youth (46min.57sec.).

When there is a heavy arthritis and then an accident with operation then permanent bedriddenness is possible

At 2 weeks bedtime after an accident in old age, it may be that one will remain bedridden, because the body was previously hardly used (47min.22sec.). At 2 weeks of bed-wilting, the muscle-connective tissue system is crashing even more (47min.27sec.).

Rebuilding cartilage

With a provocation action for rebuilding the structure one can then build up again (47min.46sec.). This works at ANY age, even in old age (47min.57sec.).

Tricks for exercises

When you can not reach your feet with your hands any more, the gymnastics are performed with gymnastic aids, so that the arm will be "artificially longer" (48min.11sec.). Liebscher-Bracht have developed roles for the connective tissue (fascial roles), in order to "push" the metabolism in the certain areas (48min.24sec.).

People with poor nutrition have a solid connective tissue. The waste is jammed in the connective tissue (48min.58sec.). The connective tissue is then no longer so flexible, is firm and tough, and it is prone to cracking (49min.4sec.). That's why injuries are more common because the connective tissue is getting firmer (49min.13sec). Liebscher-Bracht have developed a triple combination for nutrients, an "anti-osteoarthritis combination" (49min.21sec.). The substances of this nutritional combination regenerate the joints: muscles, vision, connective tissue, cartilage (49min.33sec.).

The joint space is relieved - cartilage rebuilds

At the University of Utrecht in Holland is a biologist Mastbergen, who has made a 5-year study prooving the following: Relieving the joint space, the cartilage builds up again (50min.33sec.). With grade 4 arthrosis ("bald") one has to hold separate the bones, so that the new cartilage is not immediately grated away again (50min.45sec.).

Replacement cartilage is also wearing out - does not help in the end

Replacement cartilage (specially grown cartilage) is also not a solution if no change in the muscles and connective tissue occurs, because the replacement cartilage will wear out exactly the same way (50min.56sec.).

The treatment: 1-minute test and 3 phases


The treatment begins with the 1-minute test, then documents with exercises are given to the patients, and workshops are offered with gymnastics groups with the anti-pain exercises (52min.27sec.). In addition, one has to eat really well for a few months to give the body the nutrients that allow regeneration (53min.8sec.). The exercise plan is then constantly expanded, the exercises are complex and go beyond the shown exercises on the YouTube videos, then there are also stimulation exercises with tension and letting go and position change (53min.33sec.).

Phase 1: After 1 to 2 weeks the tension forces are reduced and the arthrosis is stopped (54min.25sec.).

Phase 2: Going on normalizing the pressure forces from bone to bone, the cartilage rebuilds (54min.35sec). Even with osteoarthritis grade 4 with bone on bone the rebuilding process is possible and no pain will remain at the end (54min.57sec.). In rare cases, when too much of the bones has worn off, no more cartilage builds up. But at least the pain has gone and normal movements in daily life is possible again (55min.15sec.).

Phase 3: The exercises are done so that the body works again permanently (55min.30sec.).
