Comment
This combined table is indicating how the food and the dishes can be combined between the different blood groups for an optimized nutrition for all, and which food should be eliminated completely from all tables and from all food stores - facilitating a healthy life almost without medical doctor. There are alarming bad facts about the following food:

-- MacDonald with damaging wheat buns
-- boiled potatoes (on the long term provoking arthritis)
-- ketchup containing vinegar or mayonnaise containing vinegar (vinegar provokes acid reflux damaging esophagus, vinegar is only compatible with blood group B)
-- "American" popcorn (damaging corn)
-- orange juice (too sour, acid reflux).

Well it seems strange but all the food with vinegar comes from "America".

Healthy food is really simple: boycott McDonalds and boycott primitive food from "America". Stay with healthy food and healthy food from your region in coordination with your blood group and secretor status!

First it's important that a secretor test is available in the whole world. About 80% of the people are secretors, and about 20% are non-secretors. About 40% of the food is affected by this distinction. But until today (2006) secretor tests can be ordered only in "America" (here), with a corresponding waiting time or with high postages (60 Dollars). Laboratories in the whole world are pleased for offering secretor tests.

At the same time it's necessary to find a new standard grain replacing damaging wheat which is damaging for the great majority of mankind partially blocking any metabolism. Possible grains would be amaranth (without secretors of group B), spelt (without non-secretors of group 0) and millet (for all secretors and all non-secretors). So there are wanted pizzas, lasagne and bread of amaranth, spelt and millet WITHOUT ANY WHEAT ELIMINATING DAMAGING WHEAT FROM OUR TABLES.

Food shops, canteens, hospitals and restaurants are pleaded world wide to change their offer according to the blood groups in a healthy way. Also indications on the packagings and on the menu of the restaurants should be, indicating compatibilities according to blood groups and secretor status, so everybody can chose his healthy menu.

Agriculture and food industry are pleaded to change their production and adapt their production to the blood groups so all humans can have their optimal food and dishes according to their blood groups.

Michael Palomino, November 2006, translation 2012

Damaging food with damaging polyamines (concerning all blood groups)

Polyamines are connections in the intestine, Certain food contains many polyamines. When such food is eaten, then the metabolism is coming into a damaging imbalance (richtig leben, p.164-167).

Polyamines are "traditionally"
-- in cheese, beer, sourcrout, extracts of yeast (richtig leben, p.167)
-- wine, beer and sourcrout are fermented food (richtig leben, p.170)
are in shocking frozen food or in tins
-- most of "mature" ore "spicy" sorts of cheese have a high level of putrescine (richtig leben, p.167).

Too much polyamines: polyamins grow when there are extreme procedures working with food, for example shocking freezing of fruits and vegetables (richtig leben, p.167).

Too less polyamines: When polyamines are missing in vegetal food, the body is producing them themselves as a reaction to nutrition lectines (richtig leben, p.167).

A high putrescine level have
-- frozen vegetables
-- tinned vegetables
-- certain fruits like orange or mandarin
-- fermented soya sauce with wheat
-- shrimps "especially when they are deep-frozen in packages" (richtig leben, p.167).

High level of spermine have
-- mature cheeses
-- fermented soya beans
-- fermented teas [black tea, to the contrary green tea does not have spermine]
-- Japanese rice wine
-- cultivated mushrooms
-- potatoes [boiled potatoes]
-- fresh bread (richtig leben, p.168).

High level of spermine have
-- breakfast cereals
-- tinned vegetables
-- deep-frozen vegetables
-- meat products
-- raw meat
-- poultry (richtig leben, p.168).

Balancing food reducing polyamine levels (concerning all blood groups)

Food reducing polyamine contents can be neutral or even beneficial for all blood groups (richtig leben, p.172).

--

Balancing food reducing polyamine levels (according to blood groups)

-- pomegranate: is reducing orotidyl acid decarboxylasis (ODC) and is reducing polyamine levels therefore. But pomegranate is damaging for blood groups B and AB (richtig leben, p.173).

--
guava: is reducing orotidyl acid decarboxylasis (ODC) and is reducing polyamine levels therefore (richtig leben, p.173). But guava is damaging for blood group AB (4 Strategie, p.194)

--
plantain: is reducing orotidyl acid decarboxylasis (ODC) and is reducing polyamine levels therefore. But plantain is damaging for blood groups 0 and A (richtig leben, p.173)

For a healthy life hardly without any medical doctor.
