Instruction sheet: smoking

Instruction sheet: Smoker's smoke and the damages by passive smoking 02

75% of the population of Switzerland are non-smokers - they should not be forced to breathe the smoke of the others!

50% of  the children in Germany have to smoke passively and have to accept to be poisoned.

In correspondence to water, the air has to be considered like drinking  water.

It would be lawful to take away the children from stupid smoking parents.

Symbol smokers out!   Main stream smoke (toxic) - second hand smoke / side
streamsmoke (much more toxic than the main stream smoke)   Skull according to the DIN norm

September 19, 2013: <Court in Erfurt decides: blowing smoker's smoke into the face is bodily injury>

<A 25 years old woman throw a glass on the head of a smoker after the smoker had blown her his cigaret smoke into her face. The smoker was so stupid appealing at the court and the smoke's victim got her right - her action was because of panic and self-defense.

When somebody is blowing it's smoker's smoke deliberately into the face showing an aggressive behavior, this is rated as bodily injury in Germany. This is the verdict of Erfurt court in Turingia acquitting a 25 years old woman on Wednesday.

She had thrown a glass on the head of a smoker. Before the student had ordered the 30 years old man several times that in the discoteque was a prohibition of smoking.

When she was dancing the man was lightening another cigaret and was coming to her in an aggressive way blowing her the cigaret's smoke directly into her face and he provoked with the question what she would be willing to do now. Then she threw her glass on his head and this was rated as a justified self-defense against a bodily injury.
