Healing effect of oxygen - cures with oxygen

On Dec 10, 2022, I was on the flea market at Peter Square (Petersplatz) in Basel. It was crazily cold with some snowfall. Then a woman came and wanted to know how oxygen is healing. Unfortunately she was not staying for a long time so there was no time for explaining it to her. Here is the note:

The principle of healing with oxygen: Oxygen in the blood neutralizes harmful substances (toxics) in the body  
1. Increase oxygen in the blood: drink 2 liters of water per day and thus supply oxygen  
2. Increase oxygen in the blood: make rise the pH value in the body with sodium bicarbonate mixtures
3. Heal diseases with blood concentrations: Concentrate the blood in certain places with massages, so that the oxygen in the blood heals in certain places
4. Prevent diseases with oxygen: always do some sports


The principle of healing with oxygen: Oxygen in the blood neutralizes harmful substances (toxics) in the body

-- So, it is important to always supply enough oxygen to the body, there must be enough oxygen in the blood to neutralize the pollutants, the oxygen supply must be sufficient.


1. Increase oxygen in the blood: drink 2 liters of water per day and thus supply oxygen

-- In water is oxygen, the chemical for oxygen sign is "O", water has chemically the compound "H2O" - so people drinking 2 liters of water per day, have more oxygen in the body and in the blood and thus lives healthier (drink water, drink teas)

-- as "water" are considered in this case pure water, mineral water, drinking water from the tap, water disinfected with UV rays, or teas, also bouillon.

-- NOT considered as water are drinks with heavy changes and mixtures with pharmaceutical chemicals: lemonades, stimulants (coffee, energy drinks), alcoholics

-- so I personally have had good experiences with drinking 2 liters of water per day, especially lemon water, the skin stays young, the face stays young and the volume remains, there is no gaunt face, and combined with some yoga (joint care) and whole grain blood group nutrition you still have energy with over 50 as you were 30, if you regularly go to bed before 11 pm (the pre-midnight sleep is important!).


2. Increase oxygen in the blood: make rise the pH in the body with sodium bicarbonate mixtures

-- When the pH in the body increases, the oxygen level in the blood also increases, and so the oxygen in the blood neutralizes heaps of harmful substances.
-- With sodium bicarbonate ("soda") and apple cider vinegar (or another vinegar) in water the pH in the body increases to pH7.3, with sodium  bicarbonate and maple syrup (or another syrup) in water the pH in the body increases to pH8 and more (cancer cures) - always taken sober in the morning and wait 30 min. to the next beverage
-- The rate of healings with sodium bicarbonate is 90%, 10% have a metabolism that does not respond to sodium bicarbonate and the pH then remains down and other remedies have to be looked for.
-- You can as a healthy person or even animals can do a soda cure 2 times a year to increase their pH and in this way heaps of pollutants are discharged (little and medium animals get it with a plastic syringe into their mouth in the morning).
-- With sodium bicarbonate with the pH value are healing a lot of of diseases, I myself take it when I feel a scratchy throat, the cure rate with sodium bicarbonate and oxygen in the blood is 90%, 5% have NO reaction, the other 5% have diarrhea as a reaction and after 3 days of diarrhea they have to look for other remedies.
-- Dosage 1: Mix 1 teaspoon (tsp) of sodium bicarbonate in 1 glass of water (2dl) and with 3-4 table spoons of maple syrup (or 1 other syrup), take it on an empty stomach and wait 30 minutes until the next drink - do it for 14 days, so the pH rises to pH8 and it heals organs, glands, nerves and also cancer (rate 90%)
-- Dosage 2: mix 1 teaspoon (tsp) of sodium bicarbonate in 1 glass of water (2dl) and with 3-4 table spoons of apple cider vinegar (or 1 other vinegar), take it on an empty stomach and wait 30 minutes until the next drink - do it for 1 to 2 months, so a cure with pH7,3 is possible: so heal organs, glands, nerves, brain and the circulation is decalcified and like new (quota 90%) - circulation will be stable then with blood group nutrition
-- Instead of sodium bicarbonate, you can also use baking powder, which has sodium bicarbonate as its main ingredient.
-- You can make a liter bottle with the mixture in stock, then you do not always have to mix it every day.
-- Babies and toddlers cure their colds with 2 tsp of baking soda water every 2 hours.

People who are vaccinated with one or more "corona vaccination" must first heal the blood before they can heal with sodium bicarbonate. A man from Germany - Mr. Reiner Niessen - was once a karate crack, and then his life took a turn when he saw a friend healing a joint. Reiner Niessen developed a massage and tricks concentrating the blood in certain parts of the body. So not only the blood, but also the oxygen in the blood concentrates in these places, where then the oxygen neutralizes the harmful substances and so healing takes place. He called his method "BiosLogos". The healings take place in Thailand in Pattaya. I was in Thailand from 2012 to 2014 and was able to witness it in part (I then also saw Cambodia and Vietnam).

The blood is concentrated, for example, with warm showers on certain parts of the body, or it is massaged and muscles are relaxing with an oscillating grinder. These are the simplest methods of healing, without powders, without pills, not even with sodium bicarbonate. The Rockefeller Pharma, which wants to destroy natural medicine since 1920 appr., has BiosLogos monitored and persecuted. For example, because of Reiner Niessen, the Thai government forbids all foreigners to heal Thais. So, Mr. Reiner Niessen is only allowed to heal foreigners who are sent to him by the German health insurance system to Thailand, these are mostly officially "hopeless cases". With Reiner Niessen and his massages are healing "incurable wounds", rheumatism, joints, things with toe nails with diabetes etc.

The "Corona mania" with the travel bans in 2020 and 2021 was a big lean period for BiosLogos. But now since the middle of 2022 the healings are starting again.

4. Prevent diseases with oxygen: always do some sports

For keeping the lungs and breathing going well, you should always do some exercise. This way the lung volume is maintained and does not decrease. Even a 5km walk a week is a blessing for the lungs and the body's oxygen supply. With the blood group nutrition one is also resistant to a cold draft. Hiking in mountainous areas is a stimulation for the whole organism in the somewhat thinner air at high altitudes and optimizes the metabolism once again.

Parents have the task to teach children the sense of some sport per day, so that children develop a normal lung volume and health. Playing soccer on the football field, riding a bike in the neighborhood or on weekends, climbing on climbing poles on the playground, the VitaParcours in the forest in the air of the forest, playing basketball on the school field, or also dancing in a healthy air, all these activities HAVE SENSE for the oxygenation of the body and for a stable health. Aha, and playgrounds for children are important precisely because of the "some sport per day". And dancing or sports games in the blocked Sunday's street or on the beach with some music (not high levels, not as noise) is really something good for the body.

One should never overdo it and never overexert oneself. Excessive competition is also not appropriate. But appropriate clothing and equipment, they are important. A professor once told me clearly: Tell the taxi driver: "Drive slowly, I want to get to my destination quickly". The same is true for any sport. We don't need torn ligaments, torn muscles, abrasions, broken bones, black eyes, or a fight for millimeters or hundredths. People used to live happily in former times also without  Olympic Games. But in an emergency, sportive performances must be possible that are then like top athletic performances: Fireman rescues woman from burning 3rd floor with turntable ladder - or fireman rescues cat from a tree in 5m of height - or 3 people carry injured person for 3km down from the mountain - or neighbors rescue child after an accident - or go to help the neighbor for changing a flat transporting furnitures and boxes around (this is best strength training, have not only garden gloves on for that, but also shin pads!) etc.

Which air contains the most oxygen? In the tropics at the beach the most - in the dryness at the height the least

-- the more humid and warmer the weather, the more oxygen is in the air (tropics, subtropics, beach, coast, lakeside, riverside), there is a lot of energy there, so there is more dancing, also more crime and murders when not educated people cannot manage their energy (for example criminal "Catholics" in Peru!)
-- the drier and colder the weather, the less oxygen is in the air (Europe, "USA", Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina, South Africa, etc.), there is less energy, less dancing, but also less crime and lower murder rates
-- rain and snow are always cleaning the air, that means: rainwater and snow are always polluted when the air was polluted, and a walk after a downpour or after a snowfall is especially valuable because of the cleaned air
-- the altitude training: people (and also animals) can challange their body with a training at high altitude (altitude training) or in countries near the poles, because there is less oxygen in the altitude air or in the colder air near the poles. When these people (and also animals) then return to normal conditions, they will have a better sportive performance
-- High altitude air in almost unpopulated areas also brings new health because the air is cleaner (mountain health resorts).


Communication

There was a communication with chemist Schluuch about this topic (Dec 12, 2022). Translation with Deepl:

M.P.: In which weather is the most oxygen in the air?

Schluuch: In "humid" weather, the lower the temperature, the lower the moisture content (unless it snows), at home, the drier the (heating) air, the less oxygen, so a humidifier increases the humidity and thus the oxygen content in the winter at home, I find good, I have a Venta air washer for over 10 years in the winter running at home.

M.P.: so when it snows, there is the most oxygen in the air, and the snow also takes pollutants out of the air?

Schluuch: Yes, I think you can say that, snow samples should contain the pollutants of the air.

M.P.: If you say, the drier the (heating) air, the less oxygen, then the people in the tropics have always much more oxygen in the air than the people near the polar regions like Europe USA Canada Chile Argentina SAfrica etc..

Schluuch: Yes, but of course near the sea the air is also very humid and therefore contains more oxygen.

M.P.: and only now I realize why the tropical people in Peru Ecuador Columbia Thailand Vietnam etc. always have much more energy than the sleepers in Europe USA Canada Chile Argentina SAfrica. It is not only because of the cold in winter. Well done. Again a question solved.
And I'm back to being a sleeper with less oxygen since 2020. and if I act like I did in Peru, this would not be "normal" ooooo!!!!!

Schluuch: Yes, this makes sense, that's why the climate at the sea is so "healthy"

M.P.: And there is many people in the tropics who don't have the spirit to handle their energy, and that's why they murder much more there - all becomes clear!

Schluuch: The body can also adapt, in "thin" air (e.g. at altitude) the O2 content is also lower, therefore the "altitude training" of many athletes in thin air, when they come down again, the performance is higher.

M.P.: There was also the remark in a car instruction booklet: At altitude a gasoline / diesel car has less power because there is less oxygen in the air. Fits.

Schluuch: Right.


The "always-something-sports-person" can add to his knowledge

-- everybody can promote joints with basic yoga exercises every day (create space for the joints, stretch the intervertebral discs),
-- everybody can promote the body's energy with blood group nutrition in 90% of the cases, because each blood group has different emphasis with the nutrition (10% have special metabolisms with special emphasis of nutrition - link)
-- everybody can acquire the basic medical knowledge, so that one does not have to go to the emergency immediately with each injury: walking in the landscape is walking in the natural pharmacy of Mother Earth with all the herbs and plants with their healing effects (I live with this consciousness since 2003 after studying Dr. Vogel and Dr. Bircher-Benner)
-- and going to sleep between 10 and 11 p.m. is one more principle for more energy the next day, and switch off all devices (sleep before midnight, when the sun is still pulling the energy "behind the earth").

In November 2022, it was told to me by an ex-sports teacher from the canton of Basel Country: Many children nowadays (Nov.2022) are already out of breath after running 800m. That's because they just sit around and play cell phone. Or making gymnastics, the children being bent over can reach with their hands only their knees and can't reach the ground anymore. That's because all they do is sitting around and play cell phones. The children don't understand what the "always-a bit sporting" human has and what the cell phone human doesn't have. It's the parents' job to teach that to the kids and to program their time table always with some sports. Only walking 2km instead of taking always the bus or the tram has a positive and healthy effect.

Cyclists have a great advantage, because they ALWAYS exercise their lungs when they ride a bike. But basic yoga and whole grain blood group nutrition should be added there as well.

And now think why the topic of oxygen in the blood never comes on TV - because Rockefeller and Rothschild Pharma control the TV stations. They only want to sell pills.
