Calcium in eggshells, eggshell powder and certain foods
for bones, ligaments, tendons, nails, teeth and hair -- eggshells, eggshell powder, foods with a lot of calcium
by Michael Palomino NEVER VACCINATE+ALWAYS PAY CASH - March 11, 2024

-- calcium must be natural, must be in natural form
-- with a good calcium supply, everybody can strengthen it's bones, ligaments, tendons, nails, teeth and hair, then you don't lose money at the dentist or at the surgeon any more.

Calcium in eggshells - Sprinkle eggshell powder 1/2 tsp per day into food
-- in Africa many Africans eat the egg with the eggshell and in this way, they have an optimal calcium supply
-- when there are dental fillings because of a deficiency of calcium in childhood, eating eggs with the shell is not so advisable because chewing the eggshell damages the fillings
-- so, it's also possible to take the eggshell as a powder: peel the eggshells, crush them with your fingers, let them dry for 8 hours and grind them in a small mill, so you have your own eggshell powder - put 1/2 teaspoon daily into the food, children up to 12 years get the half
-- eggshell powder is also available in the pet trade for dogs and cats, to strengthen bones and teeth (!), put 1/2 teaspoon daily into the food, this also counts for all other animals and also to humans.

Foods high in calcium
-- green vegetables+salads: kale, chard, broccoli, spinach, collard greens, arugula,
-- white beans, tempeh, dried figs, tofu, plant milk (e.g. oat milk, soy milk), amaranth,
-- Nuts: almonds, hazelnuts.

My own experience 2023/2024: Strengthen teeth with eggshell powder - soothe tooth nerves with double chamomile tea in the mouth
-- in 2023 I was confronted with two inflamed tooth nerves, and a sensitive tooth and a pocket on a tooth
-- I remembered that Africans eat eggs with shells and always have strong teeth
-- when eating the eggs with the shell there were problems with tooth fillings, so I had to think about an intake without chewing the eggshells
-- I crushed the eggshells with my fingers, let them dry for 8 hours and put them in a small pepper mill, so I had my own eggshell powder
-- the intake was 1/2 teaspoon of eggshell powder daily and the pulling a double chamomile tea in the mouth for 10 minutes. 3 times a day, and the healing effect came: within 2 weeks there was the calming of the two tooth nerves and the strengthening of the teeth in general

-- At the beginning of 2024 I also found a small flour mill with a lever, so the grinding of the eggshells of 3 eggs takes 2 minutes only, I now take about 2 eggs per week constantly
-- the dentist is really surprised that I don't need root canal treatments which cost 1700 Swiss francs per tooth, and the sensitive tooth is no longer sensitive and the tooth pocket is no longer a tooth pocket
-- switching to a toothpaste WITHOUT fluoride makes the nerves even more stable. Criminal Pharma is switched OFF

-- and if I had known the trick with the eggshell powder 30 years ago, then I would have saved a lot of money and all teeth would still be there. So you make it better than me now!
