In general blood group research can be understood as an information to get to know the negative side of one self and developing counter strategies for reducing the negative sides of personality - as also zodiacs have the same function to recognize and to reduce the negative side of oneself. When blood groups and zodiacs are even indicating the same negative characters, then a personal analysis is suggested.

The drive for surviving provokes that there are different blood groups, also with different characters which are adapted to the main conditions and main activities (richtig leben, p.46).
Dr. D'Adamo says it like this:
<Aggression, attraction and cooperation - all this are kinds of behavior which serve for a survival of the species. But these behaviors are - and this is well known - not happening in an unconscious way, but they were created by the time by changes of conditions of the environment and by cultural influences.

Study watching 45 students of economy
How Students are organizing an imaginative company? Are there differences with their blood groups? O yes. Here are the results:
Blood group 0: they are chasing for information, are concluding with the information and are organizing well
Blood group A: have a drive for autonomy
Blood group B: have an intuitive talent respectively they seem to have a "6th sense". They like to think in symbols, are sympathetic, idealist and human (richtig leben, p.42).
Blood group and body type
Add to this according to Dr. D'Adamo there is a connection between blood group and body type (richtig leben, p.43):
-- 0 and often also AB have chunky bodies with much muscles and broad shoulders (mesomorph body type)
-- type A is often round with a tendency for pear form (endomorph body type)
-- [and with B?] there is a slim, high body with a fine face (ectomoph body type) (richtig leben, p.43-45).
