The current state of the protocol involves the following (4'32''):

Indivividuals over age 50 with medical problems or younger people presenting with severe symptoms (that means about 1/4 of adults would need treatment) should recieve via infusion 1) an Emergency Use Authorized monoclonal antibody. Current product on the market is Regeneron (it's a combination of two antibodies) (4'58''), takes about an hour to infuse and patients can go home (5'1'').

And after that we can start sequenced multi-drug therapy (5'5''). We use 2) a nutriceutical bundle which can be helpful to everyone (5'10''). This includes Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, Quercetin - these vitamins are not curative but are thought to be helpful, clearly deficiences are related to increased risks so why not? We use them (5'24'').

And then after that we use 3) intracellular anti-infectives so they are combinations (5'29''). HydroxyChloriquine (the most widely studied intracelluslar anti-infective) (5'34'').

4) Doxycycline or Zithromyacin (5'37'').

OR 4) Ivermectin, another one, plus one of those two antibiotics [Doxycycline or Zithromyacin] (5'41'').

And outside the United States, there's specifical oral anti-viral approved by regulatory agencies to treat Covid-19 that's called Favipiravir that's used in Russia, in Pakistan, in India, in Japan and elsewhere (5'55'').

Once we cover the intra-cellular anti-infectives (5'58''):

We use inhaled 5) [[the anti asma spray]] Budesenide (randomized trial in UK, Pulmicort trial ) (6'3'').

OR 5) For more severe pulmonary symptoms we use oral prednisone just like we would in asthma (6'10'').

[Pills against thromboses: aspirin+blood thinners]

Uniquely with Covid-19, it's thrombogenic (causes blood clots) and so we use 6) a full adult aspirin for every patient (6'18''). And then we can use more advanced blood thinners such as 6) injectable heparin or oral anticoagulants (6'26'').

And lastly we have a trail-on drug that we start and continue for 30 days, and it's called 7) Colchicine (6'32''). This has been shown in a large trial from Canada called "Corona Trial" with over 4000 patients. This [all this combination of medicaments] has significant reductions in hospitalizations and deaths (6'42'').

So we start out with
1) the monecular antibody infusions (6'45''), followed by
2) intracellular anti-infectives (6'47''), HydroxyChloriquine [?] (6'49''), and then
3) anti thrombotic drugs (6'51'').

It sounds like a lot, but doctors who are skilled in medicine can do it (6'55''). It can be done by telemedicine, and this approach has saved thousands of lives and spared millions of hospitalizations (7'1'').

Interviewer Newman: Do you think there have been uneccesary deaths as a result of bad advice coming from - ah, let's say - government authorities - may be, in US or in other countries? If these protocols were used more broadly, if they were recommended, would we have saved some more lives? (7'22'')

Summary:
Dr. McCullough estimates about 85% of lives lost could have been saved with what's called sequenced oral multi-drug therapy.

What are your thoughts on the different Covid so called vaccinations? (8'20'') - Is this a whise thing? Is this for everybody? (8'22'') - For certain high risk people? What if you've already had Covid? What are your thoughts about this? (8'26'')

What happened in the United States, the health agencies developed a game plan that promoted the first pillar (contagion control) and just had the patients wait for a vaccine (pillar 4).

Physicians would have appreciated updates from public health agencies on treatments. There's been no updates on treatments: inpatient treatments, updates on treatment. We don't hear anything about sick patients. All we hear about is masking, lockdowns, and wait for a vaccine.

Summary:
The vaccines are wildly promoted, far beyond any range of regulatory science. We knew the vaccines were actually being advertised on the radio before the trials were even done. We heard this on Walgreens [sale of health products - link] and CVS [sale of pharma products - link] and telephone lines. That's actually against regulatory law. Products must be FDA [Federal Drug Association] approved before there is any advertisement for them.

A great concern is that we haven't had fair balance on the vaccines with respect to efficacy and safety (10'23''), and in fact the government probably can be viewed this, not being a fair broker to patients with respect to information (10'30'').

[Clinical trials: Corona19 is not dangerous because it's infecting only less than 1% - this is also in practice!]

Summary:
So the first point I'd make is in the randomized clinical trials, in both the placebo group, and the vaccine group, the attack rate of the virus was less than 1%. It's hard for any person to understand numbers below 1% (understand you're way better at under 1%). So in the first point is that over 2 months, everything is less than 1%.

So, people are asking me: "Dr. McCullough, what do you think the public health impact will be?" I say, "Follow the science. It's going to be less than 1%. It was less than 1% in the clinical trials, of course it's going to be less than 1% in practice." (11'11'')

The next question they asked me is: "Do you think the vaccines will prevent Covid-19?" (11'18''). Well, in the clinical trials the vaccine was reported to be 90% [effective], but what we knew in the trials is that the patients were 'unblinded' (11'26'').

They [the trial participants] knew [that] they got got the vaccine or they didn't, because of the high rate of vaccine reactions in the arm where it's injected (about 80% rates) (11'35''). And so for that reason far fewer patients even came forward with suspected infections in the vaccine arm because they felt that they were protected (11'42'').

So what we see now in real world data, (e.g., Denmark and trials elsewhere larger than the original mRNA trials) is that the vaccine is about 70% -90% and those for the adenoviral vaccines (J&J, Astrazeneca, currently paused or off most markets) is closer to 60% to 70%. That's not bad - the influenza vaccine is about 30% to 40% effective.

So what we see now in real world data, (ah - from Denmark as an example (11'47'') and elsewhere - studies much bigger than the original vaccine trials (11'52''), is the vaccine as you can see rates for the messenger RNA vaccines is about 70% -90% (11'59'') and those for the adnoviral vaccines (Astrazeneca and J&J, currently paused or off most markets) is closer to 60% to 70% (12'7''). 2. Criminal side effects of genetic vaccines against Corona19: normally a medicament is off the market after 50 deaths

We have the register VAERS. What are your thoughts on the risks? Are they being downplayed? DO you feel patients are getting true informed consent?

Previous studies indicate that maybe only 1% to 10% of all the adverse events are reported to the VAERS systems (14'43'') [because it's voluntary].

But a couple of practical reasons 1) One is that it takes a help care worker to actually access the system or a loved-one to call a health care worker and to make the entry [of the data into the system] (14'53''). Most of the deaths occur on days 1, 2 and 3 (14'57'') and so in the reports by health care workers. So some are right in the vaccination center and the workers feel very responsible, and reported right there (15'5''). Many times are reported by nursing home workers or nurses that see patients back in the VAERS, patients present dead or undergo with assipation (15'13''). So there are all upon the days 1,2 and 3 (15'15'').

On March 8, the CDC announced on their web site with little fanfare that they have reviewed about 1600 deaths with FDA doctors unnamed (15'26'') and they indicated not a single death was related to the vaccine (15'29'').

That was concerning in the academic community. I have chaired and participated in dozens of safety monitoring boards and critical endpoint committees, and I can tell you based on my experience that kind of work would have taken many months to review all the laboratories, the death certificates, and all the circumstances.

There is a 'Trusted News Initiative' (TNI - link) which is very important for Americans to understand. It was announced Dedember 10 [2020] (16'7''). And this is a coalition of all the major media and government stake holders in vaccination (16'12''), where they are not going to allow any negative information on vaccines to get into the popular media because they are concerned about 'vaccine hesitancy' (16'20'').

That is: Americans got any type of fair balance on safety events they simply wouldn't come forward voluntarily and get the vaccine (16'28''). So the Trusted News Initiative is really troublesome because we're now at record numbers of deaths, they continue to occur every day (16'37'').

My professional opinion was that the J&J vaccine was the safest but they took it from the market because of blood clots, but now the estimations for the mRNA vaccines are 30 times the blood clot ratio of J&J, and they're still damaging.
